Our Team
Drop ‘N Lock was built by Tom Flood III in 1999. A football coach and avid Jets fan, Tom was a longtime developer and worked throughout his life to pave roads and build houses in Dutchess and Westchester Counties. Tom’s wife, Virginia, took over the business in 2012, and their daughter Sally Coley joined full-time in 2018. Sally’s husband, Justin Coley, and their son Jack also lend a hand to strengthen the team. An avid supporter of their community and industry, Sally was elected to the Board of Directors of the New York Self Storage Association in 2021 and is proud to represent local operators in NY.
Our entire team resides locally in the surrounding area, and we are available to assist you 7 days a week. When you call or visit Drop ‘N Lock, you’ll be greeted by a real team member – no call centers or bots guaranteed!
