5’ x 5’
This unit can hold four Sir Drop ‘n Locks (his folded arms measure 2 feet wide) or storing what would comfortably fit in a small home closet.
5’x 10’
This unit can hold eight Sir Drop ‘n Locks, 630 gallons of paint, or the contents of a home walk-in closet. This unit is ideal for seasonal yard equipment or even a motorcycle.
5’ x 12’
This unit can hold 12 Sir Drop ‘n Locks, 384 microwave ovens, or long/tall items like ladders, siding, and bicycles.
5’ x 15’
This unit can hold 12 Sir Drop ‘n Locks, 80 old desks along with 2 Weber grills, or the entire contents of a large home walk-in closet.
10’ x 10’
This unit can hold 16 Sir Drop ‘n Locks or the entire contents of a small two-bedroom apartment. It’s our favorite in terms of size and offers the best value.
10’ x 15’
This unit has enough space to fit a small sports car.
10’ x 20’
This unit is the size of a standard one-car garage and can store the contents of a three or four bedroom house with major appliances and lots of boxes.
10’ x 30’
This unit is so large that it features two doors–one on each side–for convenient access, and offers storage capacity for a large amount of items. Many businesses choose this size

Inside Car Storage
Most cars easily fit in our 10×20 or 10×30 units. With low lips and roll-up doors, it’s easy to drive your car in & out. This is a great way to protect your vehicle during winter.
Outside RV Storage
Our outside parking spaces fit most RVs, including class A, B & C vehicles. Each parking space is located within our fenced-in, gated & monitored storage area.

We offer a variety of packing supplies for sale in our front office, making it easy for you to prepare your items for moving and/or storage.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the lease term?
All leases are month-to-month. We also offer longer-term leases, for 6 months or 12 months, for a discounted rate.
What do I need to rent a space?
A government-issued photo ID is required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (debit or credit), checks, cash, and money orders. Payments can be made in person, by mail, online, or over the phone. Auto-pay is also available for your convenience.
Is a deposit required?
No, but there is a one-time administration fee of $40.00 that you can pay at the time of rental. There is also a reservation fee of $25 to reserve online, which is used towards your admin fee
Can I bring my own lock?
Yes, you can! If you don’t have one, we have locks available for purchase.
Do you offer packing and moving supplies?
Yes, we do! We have a wide variety available for sale in our office.
Are there any items I can’t store?
You can’t store anything toxic, dead or alive, as well as flammable, lithium-ion batteries, explosive, illegal, or stolen items. Never store any food, whether for humans or pets.
Important items like jewelry, furs, stocks, bonds, insurance policies, wills, and other crucial documents should—if they must be stored—ideally be kept in a safety deposit box.
If you’re storing appliances, please leave them slightly ajar to prevent mildew.
Keep in mind that our storage units are not climate-controlled, so any items that may be damaged by temperature or humidity should be stored in a climate-controlled facility.
Are my stored items insured?
Your homeowners’ insurance may cover items stored off-site. The items you choose to store are your responsibility.
If your current insurance policy doesn’t provide coverage for stored items, we can help you obtain the proper insurance from a low-cost storage insurance provider. Brochures are available on-site.
